Mobile Reflexology

Cost £50

Duration 45minutes

If you would prefer me to come to your home due to childcare, restricted mobility or simply prefer your own environment to relax in, I also offer a mobile reflexology service. Please contact me via email or phone and we can discuss what you would like to achieve from your session whether it be a specific health issue which can be tailored to your individual needs, or you may simply want time to relax, de-stress and unwind.

First Assessment with Treatment

Cost £55

Duration 1 Hour

At the first consultation I will take a thorough medical history as I need all problems to be noted. My Aim is to ascertain a complete health picture of you. Your Time and concerns are valued to me and during your initial one-hour Consultation your concerns and needs will be listened to. I will make you an active participant in achieving optimal health. You will be given a detailed treatment plan and Nutritional Therapy followed by a treatment.

Specialized Diabetic Reflexology

Cost £40

Duration 30 minutes to 45 minutes

Diabetes is a worldwide epidemic. It can have severe effects on your body. I pride myself in treatments for diabetic patients and Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) assessments gives me a holistic understanding and assessment of your feet. Reflexology for Diabetes is a very effective treatment, as it helps to control blood sugar levels. Each session is tailored to suit your specific imbalances.

Maternity, labour and Post -Natal

Cost £40

Duration 30 minutes

Maternity sessions can start from week 14 of your pregnancy. Treatments will support you emotionally and help you relax. Treatments will be tailored to suit you and assist you, so your body is creating the optimum environment for baby to develop. In the third trimester reflexology can help reduce stress in preparation for labour or c section delivery Post-natal treatments can help balance hormones and deep relaxation will aid in post-natal depression. New babies are welcome to join you during treatments. New babies find sessions with mum very calming. Session are 30 minutes to avoid over stimulation. Maternity and labour sessions are pure Reflexology and does not include Meridian and auricular sessions however Post -Natal can be 30 to 45 minutes and include Meridian points stimulation and auricular sessions.

Infertility and Pre-Conception

Family planning can be both exciting and stressful time for a couple. Reflexology aids the body to work at an optimum level and creates the right environment for conception to take place. Reflexology helped me and many other couples with infertility. When supplementing Reflexology, Chinese Philosophy and understanding the correlation between the meridians, our lifestyle and congestions in our body we can see that the impact all this has on our hormones and make the changes to help our body rebalance and become fertile, nurturing and grounded for conception to naturally happen. These sessions are 30 minutes to avoid over stimulation. Having experience working in a infertility unit in South Africa working with women just before IVF ,I had greater results with 30 minute sessions.
