 Therapeutic Reflexology

A Gateway to Health

Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Reflexologist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.

About My Practice

The Willow tree in the east symbolizes healing, flexibility and strength. My Reflexology and Meridian therapy treatments are founded on these principles. Reflexology will aid your body to balance and heal.  My Focus is natural health restoration and promoting wellness through understanding your body using Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the 5 Elements and Meridian pathway. Treatments in the form of Auriculotherapy, Reflexology, Meridian therapy and  Dietary therapy.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Infertility

Though the goal of TCM & Reflexology  is to cure a patient, the doctor of TCM attempts to do this not by treating the disease but rather by treating the whole person. A person is not, according to TCM, represented solely by his or her illness, but by the accumulation of every human interaction engaged in from the moment of birth. The emotional experiences, eating habits, work habits, work and living environment and personal habits are factors that contribute to disease and are factors which, when modified appropriately may lead to regained health.

What Is Reflexology

Reflexology is very gentle art and ancient science that is extremely effective and has carved an impressive niche in the field of complementary medicine. Reflexology is a science because it is based on the neurological and physiological study and Reflexology is an art because it depends on how skilfully the Holistic Therapist apply their knowledge.

All the body parts, organs and glands are represented on the feet. Stimulation of the feet helps the body to heal itself. Pressure is applied to the reflex areas and this causes physiological changes to take place in the body as the body’s healing potential is stimulated. The science of Reflexology states that if there is sensitivity in a specific part of the feet that could be an indication of weakness or stress in the corresponding organ.
